Cleaning and Changeovers

Changeover day will run smoothly in our capable hands, your guests will arrive to find their holiday accommodation beautifully presented. We will provide a supply of up-to-date 'Tourist Information' on your area and a 'Welcome Pack' to help settle your guests on arrival.

We will check for any problems on each chanegeover and report to you immediately with photographs of any damage. Any minor problems, such as blown lightbulbs, will be dealt with promptly.

We offer a laundry service. Mid-stay cleaning and linen change for guests is available weekly or as required.









A 'Meet and Greet' service is available if required.  We can await the arrival of your guests, show them around your property, introduce them to the information folder and their 'Welcome Pack'. We can explain how to use pool alarms etc, answer any questions and provide them with directions to local shops and restaurants. Being on hand to your guests is all part of the service.



Welcome Packs are available in two catergories 'STANDARD' with essentials, including red and white wine, to help your guests settle in when they arrive and 'LUXURY' containing essentials and specialities of the Region, including local produce and wine.  The contents will vary depending on availability of produce and number of guests staying, but quality is always of the utmost importance.   We can also arrange for fresh flowers and/or fruit to be provided for guests.
